  3. Select the Choose Filter option and click Detail Level in the filter list.
  4. Tap Summary Only.
  5. Click the Online Status option and then tap Online to send.
  6. Finally, hit the Find option to open the paychecks list.

Step 2- Edit the paycheck info or remove them from your QBDT

Use the following steps to toggle the paychecks to prevent errors in the future due to them-

  1. Move up the stuck paychecks list and single-click the first (oldest) stuck paycheck.
  2. Hit the Paycheck Detail option and navigate to the Review Paycheck tab in the next window.
  3. Go to Earnings and add a new earning item matching the previous one.
  4. Click No if a Net Pay locked message appears on the screen.
  5. Ensure the net pay and tax amounts aren’t altered and hit the No option.
  6. If the software prompts any Past Transaction message, click Yes.
  7. Click Save and Close to close the paycheck, and tap Yes if you see a Recording Transaction warning message.
  8. Open the paycheck again and click the Paycheck Details option.
  9. Delete/Remove the earning item you added and ensure the net pay & tax amounts aren’t changed in the next window.
